The girl at the reception was very nice and helpful. The room, even if it was small, it had all you need; inside was warm (the heat was on). There was hot water in the bath.

The location was great just 10 minutes walk from the train station and 3 minutes walk can reach the underground station.

The location. Just right next to the Euro Tower. Very easy the checkin and checkout experience. Very good and spacious bathroom.

It was important for me to find a hotel with basic amenities, because I was most of the time outside. As much as I needed. The view of Frankfurt's skyscrapers from my window was a nice touch.

Room was on 5th Floor and Elevator only takes you to 4th, then you have to use the stairs. But it was not bad. Staff was very friendly and nice. Always smile on their faces. Location was like in the center of Frankfurt, BUS, Tramways, Taxi/Cab, Resturants, Shopping Mall everything was on the walking distance.

Good price to performance ratio. Basic room but it had everything you could need. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Good location, about a 10 min walk to nearby subway/metro station.

Very polite staff and receptionists , they have a good clue about the authentic hospitality and service . Warm and smiling . Helped me to print out some important papers so I saved my time . Amazing location , close to the river (Main) , supermarkets and all major landmarks of the city
