Very polite staff and receptionists , they have a good clue about the authentic hospitality and service . Warm and smiling . Helped me to print out some important papers so I saved my time . Amazing location , close to the river (Main) , supermarkets and all major landmarks of the city

It was important for me to find a hotel with basic amenities, because I was most of the time outside. As much as I needed. The view of Frankfurt's skyscrapers from my window was a nice touch.

Good price to performance ratio. Basic room but it had everything you could need. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Good location, about a 10 min walk to nearby subway/metro station.

The girl at the reception was very nice and helpful. The room, even if it was small, it had all you need; inside was warm (the heat was on). There was hot water in the bath.
